It is a one-story brick family house. The perimeter structure is made of fired bricks with a thickness of 300 mm extended by a ventilated insulated facade made of mineral wool, thickness 300 mm and uncoated Siberian larch slats. With this solution, the wood turns gray naturally and, thanks to the possibility of perfect drying, it is weather-resistant for many decades. In the house, a ceiling made of monolithic exposed concrete was realized with a recognized formwork drawing and recessed lights at the request of the architects.
