It is a one-story brick family house. The perimeter structure is made of fired bricks with a thickness of 300 mm extended by a ventilated insulated facade made of mineral wool, thickness 300 mm and uncoated Siberian larch slats. With this solution, the wood turns gray naturally and, thanks to the possibility of perfect drying, it is weather-resistant for many decades. In the house, a ceiling made of monolithic exposed concrete was realized with a recognized formwork drawing and recessed lights at the request of the architects. The house is controlled by the LOXON smart home, equipped with underfloor heating and a ground/water heating system with a surface collector in the garden.
RD Řisuty
It is a ground-floor brick family house with a truss roof structure. Perimeter brickwork made of burnt bricks tl. 240 mm is supplemented with a contact insulation system from EPS tl. 200 mm. The thermal insulation between the roof and the house is made of blown paper granulate, which exhibits excellent properties and ideal technological prerequisites for the realization of truss roofs. The roof is covered with a concrete bag. The house is fully equipped with modern technologies such as heating, recuperation, LOXONE smart home control, central vacuum cleaner, garden irrigation, etc.
