The thermal insulation between the roof and the house is made of blown paper granulate, which exhibits excellent properties and ideal technological prerequisites for the realization of truss roofs. The roof is covered with a concrete bag. The house is fully equipped with modern technologies such as heating, recuperation, LOXONE smart home control, central vacuum cleaner, garden irrigation, etc.
